On the 19th of April at the Hotel Catalonia Barcelona Plaza, Grupo Vía organised the conference “Agora: New residential architecture projects” in which the current activity in the housing sector was debated. The event was attended by Jordi Fernández, who presented as an example the new housing, retail and office complex “El Rengle Residencial” next to Passeig de la Marina in Mataró, a project that is currently under construction. At the same time, he explained the new orientation of BIM in architecture linked to the design and execution processes within the framework of research and application of new technological resources.
