At ON-A our employees are involved in all phases of a project, from the initial concept to the drafting of the executive project and construction management.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, independent architect with a commercial profile to develop different types of projects in our Madrid office. You will work on the development of projects in all their phases. You will liaise with clients, collaborators, official bodies, etc. You will participate in the assistance of the construction management. Initially, you will provide BIM development support to our Barcelona office.

SKILLS

Commercial, enthusiastic and independent profile.
You have participated in the drafting of basic and executive projects.
Knowledge of current and applicable regulations.
Knowledge of official procedures (obtaining building permits, technical reports, Completion Certificate…).
Resolute, organized, productive, good communicator, with concerns and willingness to learn.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
Good knowledge of Sketchup or Rhinoceros 3D.
