Barcelona City Council and Actar publish this “Emerging Barcelona Infotonovela” that can be obtained for free in many parts of the city. As of June 11, the number 2 of this publication will be on the streets where ON-A comes out, together with seven teams from different fields, as one of those “emerging” groups.
