In 2022, ON-A accumulated experience and gained efficiency, and we bet on innovation, sustainability, and industrialization.
During the year 2022, ON-A reached 200,000 m² of developed residential buildings and we exceeded 1,500 designed homes. With almost 10 years of experience in BIM methodology, we achieved a high level of efficiency. Together with ACTAR, we published the book “ON-A. INNOVATION-ARCHITECTURE“, a monograph that includes our philosophy and the constant search for innovative solutions in each project, from the foundation of the studio until today. We are constantly committed to innovation, sustainability, and industrialization. We presented the Green Nest House as a product, a 100% sustainable, recyclable, healthy, and efficient industrialized house, that integrates smoothly into the environment.

Green Nest House, PREFABRICATED HOUSES: A SUSTAINABLE HOME, has been published in the international press
ON-A architecture studio introduces the Green Nest House, a sustainable house that has been inspired by nature. Using principles of circular economy, the house was designed to focus on two main objectives: maximizing people’s well-being and enhancing the ecosystem and the environmental health.
Our new book has arrived! ON-A. INNOVATION-ARCHITECTURE
InnovatiON-Architecture compiles ON-A’s work philosophy: a constant search for innovative ad hoc solutions for each project, using the most updated technologies and design research at the service of ideas, with criteria based on their professional career, but always going beyond the conventional. The book’s contents have been organized to illustrate the four conversations held between Eduardo Gutiérrez and Jordi Fernández (ON-A founders and principals), and Ricardo Devesa (editor).

The book “ON-A InnovatiON-Architecture” was presented on Thursday, March 31, at 6:30 p.m. at the Col-legi d’Architects de Catalunya – COAC, an event organized by the Centre Obert d’Arquitectura, Cooperativa Jordi Capell.
Parc Blau in the MODEL. BARCELONA ARCHITECTURE FESTIVAL
During the celebration of MODEL. Festival de Arquitecturas de Barcelona, Eduardo Gutiérrez and Jordi Fernández (ON-A’s founders) talked at the “Tour with the Press” to explain the concept of the Parc Blau project which proposes to re-naturalize the port area of Barcelona and turn it into a large park that would connect the sea and the city.
5 YEARS OF ON-A TALKS
As we return from summer holidays, we are celebrating 5 years of ON-A talks. These Friday sessions have been attended by more than 50 professionals from the worlds of architecture, construction, and art. Synergies, inspiration, and creativity flow continuously.
ON-A OPENED ITS DOORS AT THE 48H OPEN HOUSE BARCELONA
On Sunday, October 23, 2022, ON-A participated in the 48H Open House Barcelona for its third consecutive year with great success. The architecture festival is held every year in Barcelona and offers a special occasion to visit public and private buildings that are usually not accessible.
