Commercial premises are located on the first two floors and connect to three towers, which converge in a planted courtyard that enhances natural ventilation.

Another strategic design feature is the balconies on all floors that provide a continuous connection between the interior and outside space, not only allowing natural light into the interior, but also permitting users to interact constantly with the outdoors. Natural ventilation offers another significant advantage, reducing energy consumption and allowing air to be recharged more frequently.

The nursery on the third floor is strategically located to give children access to outdoor green spaces for socializing and playing activities. Finally, the office space is spread over two towers interspersed with plants and expansive views.
