DEDALO MINOSSE INTERNATIONAL AWARD 2010/11

ON-A and Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona win a special prize at the eighth edition of Dedalo Minosse International Prize for the underground stations Drassanes and Sant Andreu. The formal awards ceremony took place on Friday June 24 at the Palazzo Trissino in Vicenza(Italy).

COMPETITION OF SANT ANDREU SUBWAY STATION

ON-A won the restricted competition for the reform of the subway station of Sant Andreu (L1). The rehabilitation of the station is part of the modernization program of the oldest and worn-down stations in the city. This is the second project that ON-A will carry out for TMB, after the reform of the Drassanes metro station (L3).

COMPETITION FOR THE REFORM OF DRASSANES

ON-A has won the restricted competition for the reform of the Drassanes metro station (L3), called for by Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB) and the city of Barcelona. Drassanes station, at the end of the Rambla, went into service in 1968 and currently is used by an average of 30,000 people on weekdays.
