Technology and innovation are combined to create a modern family building. In the Songshan area, on one of the main roads, a multi-purpose building was to be constructed on a hotel complex.

Following the profile of hybrid buildings, a residential complex of two towers linked to the main tower is developed in a hotel that houses the commercial areas in its basement. A futuristic vision materialized in a technological mantle extends uninterruptedly along facades and pavements, giving architectural uniformity.

The new hotel complex consists of three volumes that are structured under the same mantle of light and retain the same architectural language despite all the heterogeneity of the buildings.
