UNDER CONSTRUCTION SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE # 1409

The single-family house # 1409 located in San Cugat, is under construction beginning with the foundation stage. On this project, ON-A applied BIM methodology during the design process and now with the logistic planning and management, a new technology in our country that innovates the collaboration between the architects and the different technicians involved in the project.

During the months of April and May took place at ON-A’s office, the BIM training sessions chaired by Kubbs and BIMETRIC, ON-A’s collaborating companies. The lectures were offered to people involved on construction phase of the last ON-A´s project, the new residential and office building located in Mataro-Spain.

ON-A participated in the conference “Institutions and Building Information Modeling” as collaborator of the Tarragona City Hall´s Project Office. The conference was chaired by Eduardo Gutiérrez, who explained his experience applying BIM methodology on institutional projects.
