ON-A’s 2023
Over the course of 2023, ON-A reaffirmed its commitment to innovation and international expansion. During this period, valuable experience has been accumulated and we have reached high levels of efficiency, achieved 286,000 m² of residential building development and surpassed the figure of 1,800 designed homes. Our efficiency has been backed by almost 11 years of experience in BIM methodology.
We have actively participated in the Mobile World Congress and Smart City Expo World Congress, where we exhibited some of the projects we are developing together with Bioo to create biotech buildings and the cities of the future. We are part of the ecoHUB, a multidisciplinary technological space on the outskirts of Barcelona, giving us the opportunity to develop projects related to bio-construction and landscaping. We were present at REBUILD where we exhibited projects carried out in collaboration with companies that share our vision of the industrialisation and digitalisation of the sector.
We presented the “Green Nest House” at the first edition of the Feria Ecoconstruïm 2023. We also made the official presentation of our international projects in Taipei, Taiwan – Sky River, and The Crown. At the end of the year, ON-A presented its latest international project, The Crown, in the PORCELANOSA showroom in Barcelona.

Broadening biotech horizons with Bioo AT SMART CITY EXPO WORLD CONGRESS 2023
Shaping a greener world, ON-A expands biotech horizons with Bioo at the Smart City Expo World Congress 2023 (SCEWC), which took place from 7-9 November at the Fira de Barcelona exhibition centre in L’Hospitalet. The world’s largest and most influential event on urban innovation, it aims to connect leaders from the most progressive companies, governments and organisations to move cities toward a better future.
The Crown features in Lifestyle Magazine Porcelanosa, INNOVATION IN ARCHITECTURE
The Crown provides a new icon in Taipei (Taiwan), with an immediate impact. The revolutionary white exoskeleton of this luxury residential building, made by ON-A in collaboration with Butech and Krion from the PORCELANOSA group, gives the building a special personality. A benchmark in the capital of Taiwan, which is sure to set a trend in today’s architecture.

On 15 June 2023, a press conference was held in Taipei for our project “The Crown“, a 28-storey luxury residential building, located in the Datong District of Taipei (Taiwan), a privileged area due to its proximity to important transport hubs such as the HSR Taipei Station, and where several high-rise buildings will be built in the near future.
Presentation of The Green Nest House AT THE ECOCONSTRUÏM 2023 FAIR
ON-A presented the Green Nest House at the Ecoconstruïm 2023 Fair. In the framework of the first Maresme Ecoconstruim Fair (27/4/2023), we had the opportunity to present the Green Nest House, a house designed by ON-A, that is sold through our own website (www.greennesthouse.com) and that we are currently launching in three sizes – S, M, and L, with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, respectively.
