Several of the projects we have developed in recent years are being constructed, currently more than 500 apartments, and if all goes well we will have the opportunity to deliver many of them this year.

ON-A opened its doors at the 48H Open House Barcelona – 2022 EDITION

On Sunday, October 23, 2022, ON-A participated in the 48H Open House Barcelona for its third consecutive year with great success. The architecture festival is held every year in Barcelona and offers a special occasion to visit public and private buildings that are usually not accessible.

Renaturalising the City – Revista Casa Naturale Nº 108 – Eco News dal Mondo

Our project NOU PARC in CASA NATURALE, a magazine that focuses on the construction and design of environmentally friendly sustainable housing. For its issue number 108, ON-A participated by talking about their project Nou Parc. A transformation project that would be a great opportunity for Barcelona, gaining a new green space capable of connecting neighbourhoods while producing 15,000 kg of oxygen per day and absorbing 25,000 kg of C02 per day.

KUBBS, ON-A’s collaborating company presents on his website the new construction process animation of the house project # 1409. With this video, you can see a very visual way to explain the different stages and the economical impact of each one during the construction process.

SESSIONS TRAINING BIM IN THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE

During the months of April and May took place at ON-A’s office, the BIM training sessions chaired by Kubbs and BIMETRIC, ON-A’s collaborating companies. The lectures were offered to people involved on construction phase of the last ON-A´s project, the new residential and office building located in Mataro-Spain.

BIM CONFERENCE IN BBB

ON-A participated in the conference “Institutions and Building Information Modeling” as collaborator of the Tarragona City Hall´s Project Office. The conference was chaired by Eduardo Gutiérrez, who explained his experience applying BIM methodology on institutional projects.
